Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is defective or has been shipped to the wrong address due to an error made by the store.

If you receive a defective item or your order was shipped to the wrong address because of a store error, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
